Being a Demonstrator brings the opportunity of being able to pre-order upcoming products before they are released for general offering for all. I love this privilege and it’s always exciting getting to see things, pre-order them and create projects ready for their upcoming launch.
When our pre-order opportunity arose for some Online Exclusives, I couldn’t resist the Classic Wedding bundle as I just fell in love with the large car image and all of the sweet elements that came in the die set. I saw great potential from the very first time I set eyes on it.
My first creation came together using some of our In Colours, Pretty in Pink and Peach Pie, lovely sorbet colours that are perfect for everyday use. After creating Christmas projects for some time it felt like a breath of fresh air to pull some spring time ink colours from my storage system.
Since that first creation, I created a project for as a Guest Designer over at Stampin Through the Catalogue which had a Christmas theme, then I’ve moved back to everyday cards for now.
Here’s some of my latest creations using the bundle….
My Colour Combo is:
- Crumb Cake
- Petal Pink
- Old Olive
I teamed my bundle with the Autumn to Remember stamps from the Scrapbooking Brochure. I love the leaves in this set and I’ve been drawn to them a lot of late.
The Old Olive patterned papers are also from the Scrapbooking brochure, the Sweet Days of Autumn paper pack has the most gorgeous prints, with the sweetest woodland animals on, alongside this Old Olive print and some others that are great for masculine projects too.
Here are the Sweet Days of Autumn papers, aren’t they just so lovely!
I’ve used a Blending Brush to create a soft background around my Car, inking it with Petal Pink then I stamped in the same colour the trio of hearts image.
I used a Gold sharpie pen to add colour to our Basic Rhinestones as I wanted gold to tie in with the neutral/peachy colours and I wasn’t sure if I might add some of the NEW Gold Twine, but ended up with just the Rhinestones.
I love how easy it is to add colour to these cars with the 2-step stamping system and I’m looking forward to creating so much more with this set!
