During July I am focussing on the Tidings of Trimmings stamps and die set. I was drawn straight to them and absolutely loved the Designer Series Paper pack that co-orindates with it.
I was inspired by my team member Bel to look at the set differently and use some of the images to create projects that aren’t for Christmas, giving it lots of use before the actual season creeps upon us.
My last post a few days ago hopefully showed this and today is another attempt at that, these two cards were created during the same Facebook Live and you can head over to my YouTube Channel to watch the reply, check below.

I wanted to add a little colour to my projects, trying to step out of my comfort zone a little and decided to team Bumble Bee with Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. On this card I heat embossed my greeting with some Gold Embossing Powder to make it a little more special, I love this addition to stamping.
I used the Hand Penned Petals stamps for my flowers, then mixed in leaf stamped images with some die cut pieces from the Tidings & Trimmings Bundle.

The Christmas Trimmings Dies are so usable on all of your projects, the Stars are great to use with masculine projects.
You know I’m loving the Tidings of Christmas DSP pack and don’t forget that we have a DSP SALE on right now, this pack is reduced to just £9.14 during July.

You know from my creations that I love “white space” but I wanted to stretch myself and use more colour, so came up with this design….

I find that using leftover strips of DSP adds so much to a project. For this card I also added in a little Pale Papaya onto one of the flowers and a strip of cardstock to bring it together.
My greeting is created using just the stamps from the Tidings & Trimmings stamps, I inked up two images and chopped into them to make it work!
I hope you’ve enjoyed my projects today, if you would like to see how they came together, click the video below to find out more….
