Those of you who know me, understand my love for all things pale and neutral, bright colours just aren’t my thing lol! I’m running on a theme of pinks and greys right now, nothing unusual from my blush and grey life really, but here I’ve used one of our amazing In Colours “Sweet Sugarplum”. Such a fabulous colour that works great alongside so many others, here I’ve used Basic Grey, the darker of our two grey offerings.

Back to my card…… gorgeous hearts, don’t you just love the floral one, if you’re into fussy cutting the cute flowers within the image would look stunning hand cut and raised with dimensionals? I love the font style in the die cut “amazing” word, this is part of a set from the Sale-a-bration leaflet “Celebrate You Thinlits” which also co-ordinates with stamps called “Amazing You”, there are three dies in total. The grey shimmer ribbon is also a SAB gift part of a three roll pack, all gorgeous I’m afraid!
I love to layer and add texture, the little bow just adds some prettiness, a new offering in the Spring/Summer catalogue, I love how easy it is to tie and how it holds itself. Now glimmer, who doesn’t love a bit of glimmer, that being said, I’m not a glitter girl by any means, diamonds yes lol, but glitter everywhere no, must be the OCD in me! Stampin’ Up!’ has glimmer paper in four different colours, it’s perfect for adding a bit of glitz without overpowering your creation, or causing the recipient to have a lap full of glitter when they open their card! The words ‘You” and “are simply” are from the Amazing You stamp set.
