On the first and third Tuesday morning (sometimes evening) I like to go live over on my Facebook Page for a creative stamping session to share what I’m currently creating with.
I have been using some NEW products from our January Mini Catalogue and the Birthday Celebrations bundle has been a focus, along with the Heart Shaped bundle that’s a FREE gift with purchase in our Sale-a-Bration promotion during January and February.
These products have been a focus for my January Classes and I created a couple of items that would fit inside a Box that we are making at one of my Events. This is also going to be an Online Class so no matter where you live, you can stamp along with me from the comfort of your own craft space and re-create away in company!
Here’s what I created at my live stamping session……
I’m really enjoying using the Toadstool Gardens 6×6″ paper pack that’s a FREE gift with purchase during our SAB promotion, the colours are so fresh and a little bright in places for me, but I’ve toned them down by teaming with paler versions. Melon Mambo and Granny Apple Green feature in the pack, but I’ve switched them out for Petunia Pop and Soft Sea Foam and when I use specific sheets from the pack they work really well alongside them.
One of my projects was this gorgeous Z-Fold card……
I used Fresh Freesia for my base then added layers of Petunia Pop and the DSP. The stamped images are from the Birthday Celebrations set, I love the Banner Die that is in the set, such a usable shape and perfect for making bunting too!
There’s room inside to write your message, add a photo or even create a pocket for a Gift Card, so lots of options with it.
As I said, I’ve designed it to fit inside a sweet box which is coming in an Online Class very soon, I just need to get filming, but we have our Son’s Spaniel Puppy Milo this week and I’m constantly up and down from my desk, wondering what he’s up to in the garden ha ha. He’s been very good, keeps coming back up to check that I’m still here, I’m just anxious that he might find something out there that he shouldn’t have, plus we have the stream that runs through the garden and into the pond! Alfie is adjusting to his excitedness lol, tells him off when he’s had enough of his playful antics and they are currently chasing each other around the garden, wearing themselves out hopefully for a peaceful nap soon!!
Here’s the other project I created during my “live”, a cute little square card that also fits with an envelope inside the box.
I’ve used the Heart Shaped dies for the leafy heart shaped die cut (adorable isn’t it) and the flowers and Soft Sea Foam foliage are also from the same set, here it is….
I’ve really enjoyed creating with these fresh spring like colours and I’m sure they won’t be far from my desk for a while!
