I hope you like my new website, the decision to move from Blogger has been in my head for a very long time and I’m glad I finally got around to completing this goal. I was having issues with Photobucket deciding to charge a hefty sum for using it’s service and therefore lots of my buttons had disappeared, my blog looked very ugly and I simply lost heart and just abandoned it.
As mentioned in a post in September, life was taken over by our house move, but now I am fully settled into our new home and ready to get back to some kind of normality with my business. The new Simply Pretty Studio is almost finished, I have a little more furniture to build then a lot of organising to find new homes for my products, but I hope to be running classes and events from here very soon, I can’t wait!
We have now entered into the Sale-a-bration Promotion period which runs right the way through to March 31st and along with that we have a gorgeous new Spring/Summer catalogue full of some very lovely products that I can’t wait to share with you.
Here’s a recent card I made using the new Petal Palette stamp set which I adore, I love how versatile this set is, it has a set of co-ordinating thinlits dies that are so pretty and useful along with a whole product suite of items that work alongside each other.
For my card I used a colour combination of Smoky Slate, Sweet Sugarplum and Whisper White. The stamped heart image is from the Heart Happiness set also in the new SS Catalogue and that gorgeous die cut piece is from the Petals and More Thinlits die set that co-ordinates with the Petal Palette stamps
