Oh the joy the Yuletide Village stamp set is bringing me, I am honestly obsessed with this one! I have created a few Classes for September and October using it and I feel that I could simply sit and come up with so much more, that being said, I will try not to overdo it!
Let’s begin with my Crumb Cake villages from my live stamping session. Neutral little houses nestled among snowy hills and falling snowflakes. Lots of lovely blending, colouring in and fussy cutting but from your feedback I know you are enjoying the process too!
I have been getting plenty of use from my new dies “Spotlight on Nature” and I am questioning why I hadn’t bought these before now?
The NEW Snowy Scenes paper pack has some fabulous prints within it and I chose the Petal Pink snowflake sheet for this card as it worked with my colours. It’s one of those paper packs that you just don’t want to cut into as it looks so precious, but quite frankly it’s there for using and is waiting to feature on your creations. Cut it, there are two sheets of each design in the pack ha ha! There are so many cute images that can be cut out too!
I love that we also have a Scrapbook Workshop Kit that features this collection too, I have one and will be creating with it very soon.
Here’s a little close up of that crumb cake sky. I began with a layer of Basic white cardstock then used Crumb Cake ink with a blending brush to add some subtle colour. On top of this I stamped some snow in the same colour.
I love that this set has a sweet “brick wall” image, it’s only a small section but you stamp it multiple times to build it up to look like a wall.
Another Christmas set I recently purchased is the one that goes with this patterned paper I’m using, Snowy Wonder. It is very cute as you can see, I’m looking forward to using it to it’s full glory but for now I’m just using the greetings, I love the fonts they have created.
The cute little penguin, the snowman with hat and candy cane, the snowflakes, there trees, oh I guess I love them all!!

There are lovely choices of houses and cottages along with a Village Church plus you get the addition of the trees and snowy bunting. The Yuletide Village stamps are priced at just £18.00 which is amazing value for such a beautiful set images.
