Have you earned the Hippest Hippos set for FREE yet? I love that in this round of Sale-a-Bration we have a co-ordiating set of Dies for the Hippest Hippos and they are so so cute!
The cards I created for a recent Facebook Live showed how you can use the dies stand alone without any Hippo images. The set has so many cute elements as you will see in the product image below.
I pulled in a NEW stamp set from the July-December Mini catalogue called Handmade Wishes to team with the Hippo bundle, it has a fabulous punch that co-ordinates with it and I LOVE it! The “Handmade Tag” punch cuts out two of the “frame” images in the set but it has so much more potential. I’ve created edges on cardstock to make a different tag shape, see the Hippo card above. For both cards I used the lovely NEW Pool Party & Soft Sea Foam Cards & Envelopes which are another fabulous FREE Sale-a-Bration gift when you spend £45. The gift includes 20 Cards, 10 of each colour plus some beautful envelopes to go with them. For the Pool Party card I used the “Handmade Tag” Punch to create a little border edge. I used a couple of the foliage images from the Splendid Stems die set for my cards, I love the outline foliage elements it offers, a great addition to any project.
The Handmade Wishes set is predominantly a Christmas set but has so many opportunities to use those gorgeous frames and some of the greetings for your everyday projects.
