January has flown by and that means a whole month of Sale-a-Bration has passed by also, just one more month to take advantage of the FREE gifts that Stampin’ Up! are offering with qualifying orders.
I’d had this set a good couple of weeks before I actually inked it up, purely due to other class preparations I just didn’t have the time to “play”!
Now you all know I’m not the best at using bright colours within my projects, just little “pops” here and there, but I pulled out my Pacific Point ink pad and got to work!
I had seen this cute little Picnic Basket from Erica Cerwin and just had to give it a go, knowing that the Berry Blessings stamps and co-ordinating papers would work so well with it.
It’s actually a really good size to house a small gift or sweet treat and I can’t wait for my Sweet Strawberry stamps and punch to arrive so that I can get working on a Class in the Post for you all.
I made a couple of cards to co-ordinate and as I say, once those stamps are inked, make multiple things with them! I only used the Blueberries and Leaves for this project but check back soon to see some “Raspberry” cards I created or head over to my Instagram page for a sneak peak!
I stamped off my Pacific Point Blueberries so that I had a second generation colour, not too bright!!!!!
I also used my Blending Brush with Crumb Cake ink to add a bit of warmth to my White layers, it looks particularly lovely with this embossed tag and gives it an “aged” look.

I’m excited for my Sweet Strawberry bundle to arrive so that I can create these projects in a different style/colour, mind you, that means pulling out Red inks which could be challenging for me ha ha! Watch this space…..
