Creating cards using the Rings of Love Patterned Papers from Sale-a-Bration

Our July-August Sale-a-Bration is fabulous, some really great products to choose from. During a recent Facebook Live I created two cards using one of those gifts, the Rings of Love Designer Series Paper. A variety of 12 x 12″ papers that are so useable, some with some great images that can be hand cut and popped straight onto a card.

If you follow me regularly you will know I love to fussy cut with scissors and this paper is perfect for that! The sheet with all the sweet house images on is fabulous.

My colour combo of Night of Navy, Petal Pink and Mint Macaron was inspired from the patterned papers, they gave a great head start to my projects.

I pulled the Cup of Tea bundle from my shelf and added some foliage and flowers to the sweet house images that I hand cut from the paper.

I embossed the Petal Pink layer with the “Timber” embossing folder, this is an additional item that has been added to the SAB gift offering for August, fabulous!

The sweet tag and sentiment are also from the Cup of Tea stamp set and I’ve used the co-ordinating dies to cut it out, along with the flowers and foliage. I have had so much use from this set, so versatile and way much more than just tea cups!
