With Just Jade being one of the “In Colours” about to depart the Catalogue, I have found myself drawn to using it, in the sadness that it will be leaving us!
I put together a colour combination of Just Jade, Pool Party, Soft Suede and Misty Moonlight which is great for your masculine cards but would equally work well for some nice floral creations too!
The Friends of the Forest stamp set has such cute designs in it, perfect for the younger generation that you need to cater for, but also quite sweet for older people too. I also think these would make lovely Easter Cards if you bring in some yellow and team with some flowers?
There is a Punch that co-ordinates with this set, and I know how much you all love a Punch, it cuts out the beautiful deer image.
The Brilliant Rainbow dies include the lovely die that cuts out the layers of the rainbow, giving you a multitude of colour combinations when you want to step away from the traditional colours. The cute Clouds and Rainbow border are also from this set.
The Label was die cut from the Tasteful Labels Dies which are sadly retiring, but such a fantastic set to own so I would definitely consider them if your die collection is lacking in labels for layering and adding greetings.
For the second card I created a border of flowers and mushrooms, adding colour using my Stampin’ Blends pens in Misty Moonlight, Just Jade and Crumb Cake. The greeting is from the Rainbow of Happiness stamps, such a lovely one.
I’ve really enjoyed using these colours and as mentioned in my Facebook Live stamping session, it would work well for more floral projects too. If you would like to view the Replay, scroll down and click on the link.
