Open Day Make & Take No. 2

This was the 2nd make and take project we created at the Open Day last Saturday.  I just love Rose Red and Old Olive together, really bright and fresh.  We used two newly released stamp sets “Say it with Scallops” and Circle Circus, both of these sets work with the Stampin Up Circle Punches and Scallop Square Punch.  The greeting “For You” was from “One of A Kind” stamp set.  We stamped images from “Circle Circus” and hand cut the 6 petal shapes in two different sizes in Old Olive and So Saffron then layered them with Dimensionals.  The centre piece is stamped in Old Olive then a second image is stamped using the Old Olive and Rose Red Stampin Write Markers two create a two colour image and then we hand cut the middle square and raised it using Dimensionals.  We used the lovely Rose Red Double Stitched Grosgrain ribbon across the centre of the card to add texture.  The greeting was stamped using Always Artichoke to ensure that it stood out against the Rose Red Designer Series Paper.
